FetchRelay
Terms of service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of FetchRelay at fetchrelay.com and its API. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to support@jaipilot.com.
The service
FetchRelay provides tools to extract public web content, crawl websites, export results, and monitor changes. Features, request limits, and supported websites may change. Trial credits are usage allowances, not money. Billing is not currently enabled; any future paid plan will have its price and terms presented before you purchase it.
Your account and permitted use
Keep your account and API keys secure, and revoke keys that may have been exposed. You are responsible for requests made using your credentials and for ensuring you are authorized to submit, collect, store, and use the data involved in your requests.
Follow applicable laws and relevant website terms, privacy requirements, intellectual-property rights, and access restrictions. Do not use FetchRelay to gain unauthorized access, bypass authentication, steal credentials, harass people, distribute malware, or disrupt a website or service. Do not evade our rate limits or security controls. Publicly accessible content is not necessarily unrestricted for reuse.
Your data and third-party content
You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize FetchRelay and its infrastructure providers to process it as needed to run the service and deliver the results you request. FetchRelay does not grant ownership or a reuse license to content obtained from other websites. Our privacy policy explains data handling, retention, and deletion requests.
Availability and results
Websites can change, block access, return incomplete information, or be unavailable. FetchRelay does not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete, accurate results. Review outputs before relying on them and keep your own copies of important data. No uptime or service-level guarantee is included with the trial. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Suspension, closure, and changes
We may limit or suspend activity that threatens security, violates these terms, exceeds service limits, or must be stopped to comply with law. You may stop using FetchRelay at any time and request account closure at support@jaipilot.com. We will publish updates to these terms here and provide notice of material changes where required.
